How do I import recipes from websites?
In the app, tap the '+' button and select 'Import from URL'. Paste the recipe URL and our AI will automatically extract the recipe details including ingredients and instructions.
Can I import recipes from Instagram or TikTok?
Yes! JUSTCOOK supports importing recipes from social media. Copy the post URL and paste it into our import feature. Important: The post's caption or description must contain the full recipe (ingredients and instructions) for the import to work correctly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your JUSTCOOK Pro subscription anytime through your device's app store. On iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → JUSTCOOK. On Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → JUSTCOOK. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my recipes if I cancel?
Your recipes are safe! If you cancel JUSTCOOK Pro, you'll retain full access to your entire recipe library. However, you won't be able to import new recipes, access meal planning features, or use grocery list generation until you resubscribe.
How accurate is the nutritional information?
Our nutrition feature is currently in beta. Nutritional data is calculated using the USDA FoodData Central database. While we strive for accuracy, niche or specialty ingredients may not be calculated correctly. This information is for general reference only. Please consult a healthcare professional for medical or dietary guidance.
How do I export my recipes?
Go to Settings → Account → Export Data. Your recipes will be exported as a CSV file and sent to your registered email address. This feature is available to all users, including those on the Basic Plan.
Why is my recipe not imported correctly?
Our AI works hard to make your recipes as clean and organized as possible. Occasionally, complex formatting or unusual recipe layouts may result in small errors. You can easily edit any recipe after import to make corrections. Just tap on the recipe and select Edit.
